The Tree Church

Malachi 1:1-14

(Correction by the God who loves you is the way home)

FAITH pleases God! We need to evaluate our relationship with God. We need to trust His standard not our own because He knows what is best for our welfare and the welfare of others. We choose whom we will serve because God gave us freewill…it is our decision to accept Him and the salvation He gifts man in Christ Jesus.

Jesus sacrificed His life for ours. He deserves our best!

Sin comes at a cost. There is a sacrifice in following Him.

Do we give Him our time? Do we give Him our talents? Do we give Him our finances? Do we honor our husband, our children, our relatives and anyone that is a part of our life? Do we extend grace and love to others?

Do we give God our best? Does our life honor God?

IN Faith- God will receive this sacrifice and respond

TO Honor God- recognize His holiness AND steadfast love.

FOR God’s favor- forgiveness of sin and blessing.

Sacrifice IN Faith TO Honor God FOR God’s favor.

He wants our authentic self…not the facade that we offer the world. God wants our heart! Trust Him to let you know what in your life needs adjusted to best follow Him.

All praise and honor are due Him!!

Malachi 1:

11 For from the rising of the sun, even to its going down,

My name shall be great among the Gentiles;

In every place incense shall be offered to My name,

And a pure offering;

For My name shall be great among the nations,”

Says the Lord of hosts.

14 “But cursed be the deceiver

Who has in his flock a male,

And takes a vow,

But sacrifices to the Lord what is blemished—

For I am a great King,”

Says the Lord of hosts,

“And My name is to be feared among the nations.

 Hebrews 12:1–2 (NKJV): 12 Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, 2 looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
