Jeremiah 2:11

Greed is usually at the root of all evil. We must weigh carefully the influence that it has on our decision making as God’s chosen people.

 Idols are useless substitutes for the only One who has the key to make us whole.

The only nation whose god was truly God, was at the same time the only nation that exchanged its God for others. NKJ Bible.

Jeremiah 2:11 (NKJV)

¹¹ Has a nation changed its gods,

Which are not gods?

But My people have changed their Glory

For what does not profit.

⁴ Their idols are silver and gold,

The work of men’s hands.
