Luke 12:6-7

6 “Are not five sparrows sold for two copper coins? And not one of them is forgotten before God. 7 But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.


There is a rest for those who place their total trust in God. His peace overcomes the world.


Rest in His love and care for you!

Jesus’ point here relates to suffering; the disciples must not fear their trials because God is watching over them. Faithlife Bible.


This verse emphasizes that God knows the most minute detail of what happens on earth. The copper coins mentioned were the smallest coin in circulation, worth about one-sixteenth of a basic day’s wage. NKJ Bible.
