Lord God Almighty, heaven and earth are filled with Your glory. Hosanna in the highest blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest! I pray for Your return.

15 Behold, on the mountains
The feet of him who brings good tidings,
Who proclaims peace!
O Judah, keep your appointed feasts,
Perform your vows.
For the wicked one shall no more pass through you;
He is utterly cut off.
This message refers to a herald who brings news of victory and announces the coming of Yahweh’s deliverance for His people. Faithlife Bible.
This is an image of a herald of peace. With the promise of future deliverance from oppression, the prophet called for the people to live in righteousness and expectation. There is nothing better for the people of God in any age than to live in obedience to Him and in anticipation of His coming deliverance. NKJ Bible.
Isaiah 40:9 O Zion,You who bring good tidings, get up into the high mountain; O Jerusalem,You who bring good tidings, lift up your voice with strength, lift it up, be not afraid; say to the cities of Judah, “Behold your God!”
Isaiah 52:7 How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who proclaims peace, who brings glad tidings of good things, who proclaims salvation, who says to Zion,“Your God reigns!”
Romans 10:15 And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, who bring glad tidings of good things!”
