Mark 6:5-6

Just believe… in the power of the Holy Spirit in us to enable us to do what we cannot do on our own.

Mark’s Gospel is unique. It is not a biography of Jesus, like Matthew or Luke, for it does not dwell on Jesus’ family history or career. Instead, this Gospel is a record of Jesus’ actions and achievements. It presents Jesus as a Savior-King, who conquers demons, disease, and death.

God is able!

Mark 6:5-6
Now He could do no mighty work there, except that He laid His hands on a few sick people and healed them. And He marveled because of their unbelief. Then He went about the villages in a circuit, teaching.

58 Now He did not do many mighty works there because of their unbelief.
Matthew 13:58

23 Jesus said to him, “If You can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”
Mark 9:23

20 So Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.
Matthew 17:20

19 So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief.
Hebrews 3:19

38 how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.
Acts 10:38

17 And He came and preached peace to you who were afar off and to those who were near.

Ephesians 2:17
