Ezekiel 21:25-27

God wasn’t talking about non believers, He was talking to His chosen people through the Prophet Ezekiel. We will be changed, one way or another! The Body of Christ will be cleansed of self righteousness until they realize in themselves they can do nothing but in Christ and the unity of the Holy Spirit nothing is implossiblle.

This word means “wrecked” or “ruined” and is used three times consecutively in the Hebrew text to underscore the comprehensive and intensive nature of the destruction. The priestly and kingly offices would not return until the coming of Him whose right it is—the Messiah.

Ezekiel 21:25-27

²⁵ ‘Now to you, O profane, wicked prince of Israel, whose day has come, whose iniquity shall end, ²⁶ thus says the Lord God:

“Remove the turban, and take off the crown;

Nothing shall remain the same.

Exalt the humble, and humble the exalted.

²⁷ Overthrown, overthrown,

I will make it overthrown!

It shall be no longer,

Until He comes whose right it is,

And I will give it to Him.” ’
