Daniel 12:9-12

We are refined in the trials and temptations of life, strengthened by our faith in God to get us through them and enlightened by the Spirit of God within us to lead us safely home.

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge.

Ask God for the wisdom to see evil for evil and good for good in the troubling times we live in.

Various interpretations have been suggested for this number of days. One significant interpretation is that these days refer to the middle of a seven-year period of tribulation prior to the coming of Christ.

Daniel 12:9-12

And he said, “Go your way, Daniel, for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.

10 Many shall be purified, made white, and refined, but the wicked shall do wickedly; and none of the wicked shall understand, but the wise shall understand. 11 “And from the time that the daily sacrifice is taken away, and the abomination of desolation is set up, there shall be one thousand two hundred and ninety days. 12 Blessed is he who waits, and comes to the one thousand three hundred and thirty-five days

2To know wisdom and instruction,To perceive the words of understanding,
Proverbs 1:2

9I will bring the one-third through the fire, Will refine them as silver is refined, And test them as gold is tested. sThey will call on My name, And I will answer them. I will say, ‘This is My people’; And each one will say, ‘The Lord is my God.’ ”
Zechariah 13:9

If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.
James 1:5

7Also the schemes of the schemer are evil; He devises wicked plans To destroy the poor with lying words, Even when the needy speaks justice.
Isaiah 32:7

9Who is wise? Let him understand these things. Who is prudent? Let him know them. For the ways of the Lord are right; The righteous walk in them, But transgressors stumble in them.
Hosea 14:9

17 If anyone wills to do His will, he shall know concerning the doctrine, whether it is from God or whether I speak on My own authority
John 7:17

11 He who is unjust, let him be unjust still; he who is filthy, let him be filthy still; he who is righteous, let him be righteous still; he who is holy, let him be holy still.”

Revelation 22:11
