John 12:27-28

Our existence is not an accident. Our life was known by the Father from its inception and has purpose. We were made to bring God glory and all that we do, we ask or we think reflects on the ongoing changes He brings about by the power of the Holy Spirit. This life is not easy and it would have you serve yourself without thought to others but if we allow the Trinity to accomplish their perfect work in and through us, one day we will be made whole in the birth, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. To God is all glory!

Jesus’ agony over His impending death was not confined to Gethsemane, where He prayed, “O My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me “. He felt the agony and expressed it almost a week before Gethsemane.

John 12:27-28

27 “Now My soul is troubled, and what shall I say? ‘Father, save Me from this hour’? But for this purpose I came to this hour. 28 Father, glorify Your name.”

Then a voice came from heaven, saying, “I have both glorified it and will glorify it again.”
