What we invest our time, energy, love and obedience in shows up in our everyday, ordinary lives.
Hypocrisy does not exists in God’s world.
To be true to His teachings is to be true to yourself.
In any area that you have trouble in….ask the Holy Spirit for His guidance and help and He will teach you the things that you need to grow.
The woman offered praise for Jesus’ mother. Though Jesus always honored Mary, He commented carefully on the woman’s blessing to keep the focus on the word of God. It is easy to allow traditional practices to take the place of the authority of the Scriptures.
Jesus offers His blessing to those who respond concretely to God’s will as expressed in the Bible.
Luke 11:28
28 But He said, “More than that, blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it!
