We can know with confidence that it is His will that all men hear the Word of God and be saved…..we can go out to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ with full assurance. It is not always ours to know the will of God and sometimes it may seem that our prayers are unanswered but we can rest knowing that all things in earth or in heaven are under His control and work out for the good of those who put their trust in Him.
The key to knowing that God hears our prayers is to pray according to His will.
5:14 Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. 15 And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.
