FAITH is the only way to please God. Faith in the salvation that He provided as a gift that cost Him so very much to save our lives from sin and destruction. He loves us.
Our prayers are precious to God.
He can do everything that we cannot!
Holy is the name above all names, Jesus Christ!!
Luke 7:50 Then He said to the woman, “Your faith has saved you. Go in peace.”
Mark 11:22 So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God.
God's hidden hand is always at work. As children of our heavenly Father, our lives are never left to chance. Every moment, the Master of the universe weaves the threads of our lives, moving everything into place in His eternal tapestry. We may not immediately perceive His design, but when we believe our Lord's plans are perfect and entrust our lives to Him, we begin to catch glimpses of God's handiwork everywhere we look.
Today, followers of Jesus have God's Holy Spirit to guide us. We access our heavenly Father's wisdom and direction by deepening our relationship with our Lord. We cultivate this most vital bond through:
● Seeking God's light by diligently studying and meditating on His Word (Psalm 119:105).
● Taking all our questions and concerns to our Lord in prayer and believing He will guide us (James 1:5).
● Trusting in our heavenly Father's infinite wisdom and humbly obeying His will as He reveals it to us (Proverbs 3:5-6). First5
Luke 8:48 & 50
8:48 And He said to her, “Daughter, be of good cheer; your faith has made you well. Go in peace.”
50 But when Jesus heard it, He answered him, saying, “Do not be afraid; only believe, and she will be made well.”
The New King James Version
Miracles highlight not only the authority of Jesus, but also the response of faith that God honors. The NKJV Study Bible
And many a poor soul is healed, and helped, and saved by Christ, that is hidden in a crowd, and nobody notices it. This woman came trembling, yet her faith saved her. There may be trembling, where yet there is saving faith. Observe Christ’s comfortable words to Jairus, Fear not, believe only, and thy daughter shall be made whole. No less hard was it not to grieve for the loss of an only child, than not to fear the continuance of that grief. But in perfect faith there is no fear; the more we fear, the less we believe. Matthew Henry’s Concise Commentary
Mark 5:36 As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, He said to the ruler of the synagogue, “Do not be afraid; only believe.”
Mark 11:23 For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.
Mark 11:24 Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.
Matthew 9:22 But Jesus turned around, and when He saw her He said, “Be of good cheer, daughter; your faith has made you well.” And the woman was made well from that hour.
Mark 5:34 And He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be healed of your affliction.”
