Jeremiah 49:19

If God is for us it does not matter who is against us BUT if God is against us it does not matter who is for us….He will bring down the high places and elevate the low places. 

Man may be able to kill you physically but God alone has the power to take back the eternal life that He has given. Our hope, our last chance for redemption, lies in Jesus Christ alone. He is the dividing line between man and God, between life and death…in Him and in the unity of the Holy Spirit there is life, abundant and pure.

Like the lion that emerges from the thickets along the lower Jordan and seizes its prey, God would attack the Edomites through His appointed instrument.

Jeremiah 49:19

¹⁹ “Behold, he shall come up like a lion from the floodplain of the Jordan

Against the dwelling place of the strong;

But I will suddenly make him run away from her.

And who is a chosen man that I may appoint over her?

For who is like Me?

Who will arraign Me?

And who is that shepherd

Who will withstand Me?”

¹¹ “Who is like You, O Lord, among the gods? Who is like You, glorious in holiness, Fearful in praises, doing wonders?
