Nahum 1

Some want to make knowing our Father harder than it is. He sent Jesus to the ordinary man with a message simple to understand...love Him with your whole mind, body and spirit and love others as much as you do yourself.  Trust Him with your life, every little part of it, and in His salvation and you will be saved.

Welcome home all you who are weary and heavy laden and He will give you rest.

Because we know that the Lord is good, we can endure the tribulations of life. The Lord promised to break off the yoke that the enemy had placed on His people. There is nothing better for the people of God in any age than to live in obedience to Him and in anticipation of His coming deliverance.

Nahum 1

⁷ The Lord is good, 
A stronghold in the day of trouble; 
And He knows those who trust in Him. 

¹³ For now I will break off his yoke from you, 
And burst your bonds apart.” 

¹⁵ Behold, on the mountains 
The feet of him who brings good tidings, 
Who proclaims peace!
