Nahum 2:13

If God is against you it doesn’t matter who is for you... period. The whole world is in His hands and we would do well to remember that He created the world and only He can allow it to be taken out. 

Any country that harms their own people or others will be held accountable because God shows no partiality to any one nation or person that does wrong. He allows us to do the right thing...it won’t always be so!

The LORD is slow to anger, and great in power, and will not at all acquit the wicked: the LORD hath his way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds are the dust of his feet. 

Although the Babylonians conquered the city, they were only God’s instruments. Nineveh’s greatest foe was the Lord of hosts Himself.

Nahum 2:13

¹³ “Behold, I am against you,” says the Lord of hosts, “I will burn your chariots in smoke, and the sword shall devour your young lions; I will cut off your prey from the earth, and the voice of your messengers shall be heard no more.”
